replaced nuovo-rilascio.html with latest-version.html

added new static page (Edubuntu, Ubuntu Cinnamon and Ubuntu Unity)
with relative imgs

now build_scss takes all .scss files contained inside assets and build and minify them with min.css extension

added get_releases() docs param

mv populate_archs_releases() before get_releases()

now ver_interim_list and ver_lts_list get up all versions and take relative interim and LTS
